Returns

Hardcover and paperback books, and other physical products, that have been purchased from http://caelspirithawk.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.  If 30 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging if applicable.  Personalized copies are not eligible for return.  We do not accept returns of products sold by other retailers, such as Amazon; please contact the retailer for their return policy.

To return your product, you should contact us by email here for return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This email will include the status of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check with your bank or credit card company to verify.  It may take some time for them to process and officially post your refund.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email here.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item to us. To return your product, you should first contact us by email here for return authorization and instructions.
